What is the role: Writers and editors needed for North Oxford Association Community Centre

When does the role take place: Three times a year for NOA news

Where does the volunteering take place: NOA Community Centre in Diamond Place or at home

What the role involves: The NOA News team is looking for new writers to produce short articles about local news or events and people at NOA. The NOA News appears 3 times a year: April, August & December.

Why you should sign up: You will be working as part of a supportive team to put together the NOA news; gaining experience in writing articles and editing – extremely valuable skills if you are looking for a future career in media or marketing, and a great way to find out what is going on locally.

You will be asked to provide a character reference – this does not have to refer to your writing experience.
