What does the role involve: Taking groups of disabled adults out to places of interest, the bowling alley, theatres and shows with support staff and other volunteers.
Why you should sign up: It is varied, flexible and you get to see a lot of interesting venues, plus our residents get so much enjoyment from days out and the company of volunteers!
Requirements for this role: Full, clean driving licence is needed
As you will be volunteering with vulnerable adults references and a DBS check are required. You will be provided with MiDAS driver training, training on wheelchair handling and safeguarding of vulnerable adults. Expenses are paid.
