Marie Curie are still fundraising in Oxford and looking for more of you over the coming weeks to spare a couple of hours and help fundraise for this worthwhile cause…

When are volunteers needed: The Great Daffodil appeal collections are taking place across Oxfordshire in February and March. There are collections on Saturday 4th March in Cowley, Headington and Summertown. As well as people to help with collection boxes, Marie Curie are also looking for volunteers who can provide entertainment as buskers, singers, magicians etc.

What the roles involves:

Daffodil appeal collectors

  • Work as part of a team to collect donations in specific high street locations. You will be supported by a Marie Curie host
  • You will be provided with collection materials, a mad hat, tabard, box of daffodils and collection tin
