We are looking to enhance our Board of Trustees by appointing a new Chair Person to lead
us as we grow and expand our services.
We want to deliver more and better arts and cultural events, and we need to develop both our income generation and infrastructure in order to achieve that goal. We hope to find an individual with experience of leadership in the cultural, arts, public, private or not for profit sector, who can drive strategic thinking, is skilled at people management and is knowledgeable about finance.
We are particularly in need an individual with strong contacts or links in to the arts and commercial world, although we are open to meeting all applicants interested in this role.
Applicants would ideally live within commuting distance of our offices in Oxfordshire although those residing further out around the UK would be considered if appropriate. A commitment of attending a trustee meeting once every two months and being contactable for additional meetings where necessary is required along with an expectation to attend key annual events such as Carnival and annual fundraisers.
If you’d like to help us with the valuable work we do and you see value in providing cultural events/ experiences to even the most disenfranchised of communities, this could be a great opportunity for you.
We are also looking for three new trustee board members. We have a particular interest in members with arts, events, wealth management and / or legal experience.

If you would like to help us expand and increase the valuable work we do, we would love to hear from you.
