What is the role: Honorary Treasurer and Trustee
Who for: Westmill Sustainable Energy Trust
When: This role can be undertaken at times to suit the Treasurer, but they must check and respond to e-mails regularly and be available for one monthly Trustees Meeting (an evening from approximately 8:00-9:30pm).
Where: The monthly Trustees Meeting takes place in Trustees’ homes, normally in rotation with their permission. Most Trustees live in north-west Oxfordshire. The rest of the role can be carried out at home.
What is involved: Overseeing and managing budgets, accounts and financial statements (turnover £40k per year). Keeping accounts and records in line with the charity’s policies, good governance, legal and regulatory requirements. More details on application.
