The Pathway charity is based in Blackbird Leys and employs people with a range of mental and physical health disabilities. In our large workshop, we enable people to learn new skills, gain new friends and have fulfilling days.
It’s a fabulous organisation, doing amazing work, focused around the creation of wood based products, including furniture, household items and wood kindling.
At the moment the charity is in urgent need of volunteers to help with production of furniture and kindling and also organising the workshop. They rely on the income from the sales of goods to keep the staff employed and need help fulfilling current orders.
Pathway would welcome anybody who can help – from carpenters, joiners and general trades to people who can just help with making kindling and general workshop jobs (absolutely NO experience necessary).
