Resolve are looking for volunteers

Resolve – volunteer roles

Resolve is a small charity providing mediation across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. We offer a range of mediation services, including neighbour mediation, mediation with young people and families and workplace mediation. We also run programmes for schools and train people in conflict management skills.

Trustee

We are looking for new Trustees to join our small, friendly hard-working team of staff, mediators and management committee. We are interested in people from all areas of life who can bring a variety of experience and expertise to our organisation. We would welcome anybody with enthusiasm and in particular people with fundraising, marketing, legal or financial experience. You will deal with matters of strategy, policy, and monitoring of our efficiency and effectiveness. Help make a difference by taking Resolve forward into the next phase of its growth and development.

Funding Volunteer

Resolve is partially funded through its work with housing associations, councils and other bodies. Fundraising is required to support project work, such as our schools programmes and to cover operational costs. The purpose of this role is to develop strong and effective fundraising proposals in order for Resolve to meet its strategic aims.

We are looking for someone who has experience in funding and fundraising who would work with us to develop funding strategy and identify and deliver proposals and projects to enable us to meet our fundraising objectives
